By accessing or using the Scoreazy website, application or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
User accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity.
Eligibility and minors
A parent or lawful guardian should supervise or authorise use of Scoreazy services by a learner under 18, including registrations, purchases and submission of personal information.
Educational services
Scoreazy provides educational diagnostics, learning resources, mentoring and program experiences. Our assessments are educational tools and are not medical or psychological diagnoses. Outcomes vary by learner, context and participation; we do not guarantee particular marks, ranks or admissions.
Intellectual property
Website content, learning tools, graphics, logos, course material and other intellectual property belong to Scoreazy or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. "Scoreazy" and its logo may not be used without prior written consent.
User content
When you submit content required to receive a service, you grant Scoreazy permission to use it for providing and improving that service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for content you provide.
Workshop registration
Workshop dates, times and availability are shown in the registration form. Registration may be handled through a third-party form service. Submission does not guarantee a place until confirmed by Scoreazy.
Payments
Prices, inclusions and payment terms shown at purchase apply to that transaction. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reproduce protected material, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scoreazy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill.
Termination
Scoreazy may suspend or terminate access for misuse, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct or risk to learners, users or the platform.
